Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our customers. If you have a passion for the food industry, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards - Assist with stocking inventory and restocking supplies as needed - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints Experience: - Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred - Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register - Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products and promote specials - Basic math skills for calculating orders and handling cash transactions - Familiarity with Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems is a plus - Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures We offer competitive pay rates and provide opportunities for career growth within our organization.
